Just six months ago I was angry, frustrated, unmotivated, and just living to get to my precious bed at the end of every day. I felt so frustrated that I wasn’t living my life how I wanted to. It was as if I was living on a hamster wheel, never making any ground or progress on any of my goals, I was depressed to say the least. Follow along as I show you how I have changed my life for the better and Hopefully we can continue to chose healthy options together through our journey to a healthier Lifestyle.

Changing your life for the better is not easy but it definitely is not as hard as we all imagine it is. Work with me to have a healthier life, not just physically but also mentally.  This will take TIME. Time is all you really need to invest to become a healthier and happier person. Just take the time to be intentional. Intentional about your thoughts, intentional about what you put in your body, intentional about pursuing(Actively) your goals and dreams. Quit just dreaming! You can make your dreams come true and you will! Never let your self give up.
